Eligibility for TIDD

Before paying to join TIDD please ensure you are eligible to use this site.
Only the following travel industry employees are eligible for the discounts offered on TIDD:

• Airline Employees
• Retired Airline Employees who remain eligible for rebate travel.
• Accredited Travel Agents with a valid IATA, IATAN, CLIA, ARC, TRUE or TIDS number.

NOTE: The final decision for eligibility rests with the business concerned. Each individual hotel / resort / car rental company / tour operator will determine who is eligible for their product.

Unaccompanied Travel:
All family members/companions must accompany the eligible person.

IDENTIFICATION:
Presentation of a Airline ID card, Airline “Retiree ID”, Airline “Former Employee ID”, Accredited Travel Agent identification with a valid IATA, IATAN, CLIA, ARC, TRUE or TIDS number. Any misrepresentation of these facts can result in the traveller being charged full fare by the respective business.
(Qantas Employees: if you retired or were made redundant more recently you may have not automatically received your Former Employee ID from Staff Travel. If so contact QF Staff Travel and ask to have a Former Employee ID issued for you).
