Do you own or work for a travel agency? If you are an accredited travel agent with a valid
IATA, IATAN, CLIA, ARC, TRUE or TIDS number then you are eligible to access the travel agent rates on TIDD.
Some hotels will also accept your travel agency business card or a letter of employment on your travel
agency letterhead – you will need to check with the hotel to confirm a business card/letter is acceptable identification.
Please note that the hotel makes the final decision regarding eligibility for their travel agent rates.

With car hire we have an agreement with Driveaway offering a further discount off their already competitive rates.
If you can’t find a deal with Driveaway – we also have industry rate codes for other car rental companies.

We can offer substantial savings on travel insurance (Australian residents only).
